Cluck Chicken
It all started when Chef Ian Ussher hatched his bright-yellow food truck in late autumn of 2020 at the Walkinstown Roundabout in Dublin 12.
His sticky Korean wings “Hot Clucker” buffalo-fried buttermilk chicken, truffle Parmesan tenders and loaded fries have had hens, chicks and cockerels flapping around with delight.
Buttermilk brined chicken, floured twice in our Cluck coating, golden fried in rapeseed oil… Calm the cluck down
