Located on level 3, via the Cheeky Monkey Kids Play Area, the Sensory Room is open to customers who benefit from a controlled sensory environment.

Specially designed with soothing lighting, gentle sounds, and comfortable seating, it provides a peaceful retreat for
those with sensory needs to relax and regulate.

Users must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian/Caregiver
and support staff are welcome.

There is no charge for use of the room, and bookings are available
for 25-minute slots.

Sensory Friendly screenings at the cinema are special events designed to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for individuals with autism, sensory processing disorders, or other sensory challenges. These screenings provide an experience where volume is lowered, lights remain on at a low level in the cinema, and patrons can move around freely without disrupting the movie. This helps reduce confusion, and overload from bright colours and loud sound effects and eliminates stress from sitting still throughout the movie. Families find these screenings enjoyable because they can watch movies together without worrying about their child feeling overwhelmed or anxious in an uncomfortable setting.
