Today Ann Hogg a much valued member of our Customer Service Desk team is retiring after working an impressive 18 years.
Ann explained how working at The Square has been fantastic throughout all those years and how she has enjoyed working with the public and her much valued colleagues.
“I absolutely love it here, there is never a dull moment. The public in the Square with all the different nationalities, they are just so diverse so interesting and when you get time to chat to them you hear their life stories. Some interesting, some sad and some funny and I love dealing with the public I always did”
Ann told us here at The Square how over the years she has made friends for life from her team on the desk to the management and wanted to thank them all for their generosity and support.
“I have to say that the ladies on the Customer Service Desk are a unique bunch of people. We all get on so well and we all enjoy each others company, which is very unusual for a team of women to get on so well and to be so committed to each other. I never thought I could love a job so much, and to work for the Square Management who have been so kind and generous to me and I’m overwhelmed and I will certainly miss all that but I will enjoy my freedom and because I live close by I will be here quite often as a customer”
Ann certainly won’t be slowing down anytime in the future as she jets off in just two weeks to her family in Australia and she tells us after that she will be enjoying the travelling involved when it comes to the caravan season too.
All here at the Square wish Ann all the best as she heads off into a new chapter of her life. Ann is a truly beautiful person inside and out and will be much missed by all the Square Management team, tenants, staff and all the customers who got to know her over the many years. Ann we wish you all the best in the future and we hope you enjoy every minute of it. It is a great privilege for the Square to present Ann with this month’s Community Champion Award for her dedication and professionalism in her role at the Customer Service Desk. Well done Ann…
